iShield is a multi layer, asphaltic protection board. It is manufactured by thermally bonding polymer modified bitumen with selected additives which is then sandwiched between a layer of saturated fibre-glass on one side and anti-stick polyethylene liner on the other.

• iShield has been designed for use as a permanent protection to most waterproofing and damp proofing systems, especially the bitumen-based sheet membrane and coating systems indicated in BS 8102.
• iShield will absorb the impact of aggregate shock and protect the membrane during the backfill process and late settlement, as well as from the normal site foot load and movements.
